We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product
information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right
to correct it and we apologize for any inconvenience it may

Ordering and Payment Policies
You may place your order by clicking on a product and filling
out the appropriate information on the form.
If you wish to pay via credit card we have a credit card processor.
This option is via secure servers, with the Verisign
Site Secure Certificate, and entirely safe with the transmittal
of your credit card information on the electronic form. You
may also call and give us your credit card information.
We will accept personal checks or Money Orders, made payable
to Westbound Leather, Inc. Please include your driver's
license number and the state in which it was issued, or a major
credit card number. All checks will be verified before
work on the order begins. No C.O.D. orders will be
accepted.
Illinois residents - Please notice that a 6.5% state sales
tax will be added to your order.
A 50% deposit is due on all orders, with the balance of payment
to be made upon shipment. We will call or e-mail you to
advise you when your order is ready to be sent.
Due to the customized nature of our business we will not accept
returns for a refund. In an effort to avoid any unforseen
circumstances, we will send you verification of all information
in your order, and ask you to check it over for accuracy.
Necessary corrections should be made at this time; if we do
not receive any changes from you, work on your order will begin
in a timely manner. Changes to an order must be approved in
advance of the work being started on your order, by Westbound
Leather.
All Merchandise may be shipped via UPS ground service or the
US Postal service. You will need to call us for the freight
charges. We only ship within the United States. DAMAGES
MUST BE REPORTED TO UPS WITHIN 72 HOURS. Please save all
packing material for inspection.
